Trulish Foods – Returns & Refunds Policy

Because our products are food items, our return policy works a little differently from standard retail returns. Here's what you need to know.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged in transit, or you've received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@trulishfoods.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include your order number and a photo of the item.

Non-returnable items

As our products are perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind once an order has been dispatched, due to food safety and hygiene standards. Please review product ingredients and allergen information carefully before ordering.

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

If your damaged, faulty, or incorrect item claim is approved, we'll notify you and issue a refund or replacement. Approved refunds will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take extra time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't seen the refund, please contact us at contact@trulishfoods.com.

Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before dispatch. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled, but our damaged/faulty item policy above will apply if there's a problem on arrival.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have items repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
